There were a couple of changes I made to the recipe. I added 1/2 cup beef broth (which made it a bit liquidy but it was still good). This was due to lack of enough liquid in the recipe even counting the vegetables. The original recipe stated that you can use the extra liquid. Next time though I would only use a 1/4 cup of broth. The extra liquid was used for dipping. The other change I added lettuce and mayo to the finished product. That’s how my family eats them. The picture below is my son’s sub. He doesn’t like the cheese or onions. I wish I got a picture of my sub to see the full finished product.
